If you are a student and have forgotten your login password, don’t worry! Here is a guide on how to login to your Bput account. First of all, make sure that you have the latest version of the Bput app installed on your device. Once you’ve confirmed that, open the app and tap on the three lines in the top left corner (this will take you to your main menu). From here, select “Account Settings.” On this page, you will see two tabs: “My Account” and “Forgot Password?” Under “My Account,” tap on “Log In.” You will now be asked to enter your email address and password. Make sure that you remember both of these details as they are required in order for you to access your account. If for any reason you can’t remember either of these details, don’t worry! There is also a reset function available on this page which can help if things haven’t gone as planned so far. Finally, make sure that your device has cellular data enabled so that we can contact you should there be any issues with logging in or if there is some kind of emergency with your account.
