#Step 1: Open your iPhone and click on the Settings app option on your screen to move to the Settings menu.

#Step 8: Scroll down, and you will see the Outgoing Mail Server option. Under this heading, let’s enter information, as illustrated below.

  • Hostname: Enter smtp.ionos.com
  • Username: Enter the address of your email (often your username)
  • Password: Enter the password for your ionos.com account

#Step 9: Tap on the Save button to save all your settings. Then, move to Server setup to choose your email address on the following window.

#Step 10: Go to the settings menu, tap on Your Ionos account, and then select the Advanced option. 

#Step 11: The new screen of the Incoming Mail Server appears. Under this heading, tap on IMAP to enter the following requirements:

  • Use SSL: Yes
  • Authentication: your password
  • Server Port: 993
